dang. i turned around jsut now and my steaming hot ninja burger was right there. i ordered the meal and extra wasabi but they didn't give me the wasabi. i'm afraid to complain because they might kill me. the weird thing is that there is 24 hour security with armed police patrols here and i'm on the 3rd floor. i have no idea how they got past the guards (which require a keycard swipein) but they are good. i just checked my wallet too and the exact change was taken...and the $0.50 for the wasabi which i didn't get). they are good. i ordered by phone. they got here in 15 minutes so i think they might have some employees on campus...
