I have had no luck finding the edit key, or the any key...
I have contacted my keyboard manufacturer, and after putting me on hold for 5 minutes, they came back and told me that my keyboard was too old, and if I didn't want to upgrade, I would have to use an alternative...

Until I get a new keyboard, it appears edit will be CTRL-ALT-5-F6-PGDN

That really seems like a pain... What is it supposed to DO, anyway??

A HA!

found it:

III. Editing

After posting a message, you may want to edit the message. To do this, navigate within the forums and locate where you posted your message. At the bottom right of the message, there will be an Edit link. Click on this link. The Edit Message form will appear. Below is a list of the fields on this form and their descriptions.

Above the message box, you will see a toolbar with symbols like "B" and "I". This toolbar allows quick access to bolding text, changing font to italics, underlining text, and putting links around words/sentences.

Field Description
Message Title (this will only appear if your message created the thread) the title of the message
Message Body the body of your message. Below the message body box, there is a link that explains how to use HTML in your message posts.
