\Ok made the decision to pickup the sd600, but now need a card. Saw the: Sandisk Ultra II 2 gig for 89 on amazon, but wondered if there is another high speed 2gb card that would be cheaper?

Any input on name brand vs generic?

DPReview seems to be down, but I would definitely check out their reviews of cameras in that price range. I like that elph well enough. More than the other frame they use with the sliding door. I hate those.

My friend has the Canon sd450 and it takes awesome pictures. I am comparing the two via some googling and just basic product comparison and it look slike the 450 has "DIG!C II Image Processor for faster processing, vibrant colors, and excellent image quality" and the sd600 does not seem to show it. Can anyone speak to this or if I even need it?

SD600 has Digic II, as well as SD630, and SD700.
