Good find! The only thing that concerns me is the "This D-Link Back To School Promotion Rebate is offered to any customer who has purchased the DSB-R100 or the DSB-650 in the period of 07/01/2000 through 09/30/2000 directly from a D-Link authorized supplier."

Call me overly cautious, but is Circuit City an authorized "supplier?" Are supplier and retailer the same thing?

Also, will this work with a DSL Modem? I know you need a NIC for a DSL modem, so does this substitute?
