CPU: A64 3200+ (2.6ghz)
Temps: Idle - 37C, Load - 56C
HSF: Zalman 7700Cu
thermal grease: generic stuff, bad, really bad.

CPU: Winchester 3000+ Epox 9NDA3J
CPU Speed: 2700 (9*300)
Temps: idle=35C Load=49C
HSF: Thermaltake A1838
Thermal Grease: White stuff that came with the HSF

CPU: same week 51
CPU Speed: 2538 (9*282)
Temps: idle=31C Load=39C
HSF: same
Thermal Grease: same

edited to include mainboard

a64 3000+ winchester @ 2.4 (9*268)
Idle: 35 Load: <50
All stock cooling, no need for more on these great cpu's.

[shameless plug]

details are here: http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=866794

CPU: winchester 3000+
speed: 2400 (9x267)
temps: idle = 30C load = 43C
hsf: stock
thermal grease: stuff that came on it

CPU: A64 3000+ Winchester, OCed from 1.8Ghz to 2.5ghz
Mobo: Abit AV8 (Bios version 17)
Temps: Idle - 43*C, Load - 65*C
HSF: Retail Box HSF
thermal grease: Stuff that came with retail box

*** From what i read on differant forums the ABIT mobo's have a tendency to report temperatures about 10-12*C too high and Asus boards have a tendency to report them about 5*C too low. So maybe you should also ask for type of mobo and bios version for a more accurate picture. ***

Must use a thermal probe for an accurate reading... those onboard temperture sensor is seriously messed up. The DFI Neo4 are reporting mid 20's on idle and 33 on load... One guy mention also that his northrbidge was reading 50's on his northbridge but when he probed it, it went all the up to 76C.

A64 3000+ (Winchester) @ 2304MHz (9x256)
Temps: Idle - 38C, Load - 45C
HSF: Thermalright XP-90, Sunon 92mm fan
Arctic Silver 3

Epox 9NDA3+ mobo, Corsair VS PC3200 RAM

CPU: 3200+@ 2.46 (273x9) (1.575 vCore due to older bios on Asus A8V Deluxe)
Temps: 38/49
HSF: XP90 w/ Sunon 92mm
Thermal comp: AS Ceramique (soon to be AS5)
**Edited for vCore**

Chaintech Vnf4 Ultra, amd 3000+ Winchester. Stock hsf, no thermal grease, just thermal pad. Bios reporting 22C idle. Seems too cool to be true. Could the temps be wrong?

Update -

To make the above OC run 24H Prime stable @ 2.5Ghz i had to bump the Vcore from 1.4 to 1.5V and this resulted in 65*C temps at 100% load (Prime95) like i stated above.

If i drop the OC down to 2.4Ghz i can run Prime stable without a Vcore bump (1.4V) and my max 100% load tem is only 59*C. So it looks like the extra 1Ghz and .1 Vcore bump were making my CPU run 6*C hotter. Also please note that i think the Abit AV8 mobo reports temps about 10*C high. My point to editing this is besides including mobo type and bios revision, maybe we should include Vcore voltage as well so we can corolate the data accurately.

CPU: 3400+ 2.2GHz 1mb (Clawhammer)
Temps: 42 idle, 57 load
HSF: Zalman 7000a CU (lowest RPM, 1600)
thermal grease: crappy crap

3200+ 90nm
duh fergot speed: 270x10=2.7GHz
Idle=30C
Load=39C
Stock HSF

Load goes up to 41C if I OC my vid card, guess it adds heat to the system

CPU: AMD64 3500+ S939 Winchester @ 2.6GHz
HSF: Thermaltake K8 silent boost
CPU Temperatures: 31°C idle, 46°C 100% load

Ambient Temperature: 22°C
TIM: AS5

CPU: AMD64 3500+ S939 Winnie @ 2.6 260x10
HSF: Thermaltake A1772
Temps: idle = 30°C-36°C load = 41°C-46°C
MB = Neo2 @ 21°C
HD: 19°C

CPU: A64 DTR 3000+ (clawhammer) 2700mhz (300x9) @ 1.68v

HSF: Watercooled (Whitewater cpu block, D4 pump, D-tek Pro core)
Thermal Compound: AS5

silversierra, I'm getting sweet temps on my chaintech board, too, so I'm wondering it something is up. Mine are
3000+ Winchester @2.5GHz (278x9) @1.425V
Idle - ~25C, Load ~35C
HSF - Stock
Thermal Compound - AS5

BTW, Cha0s, how did you get your 2800's multi up to 11? Isn't it stuck at 9? And isn't the 2800+ a newcastle?
