I'm in need of buying a gift for my nephew. His father and I are big Washington Husky Football fans and I want to buy something like this or something like this or maybe this.
Problem is that i'm in the Vancouver, BC area and most, if not all, online husky gear stores will not ship to Canada. I'm left with two realistic options.
1 - ship the parcel to a receiver in the Blaine/Bellingham area and then pick it up (usually for a small fee for them to receive it for you) - only problem is that i've never done it before and time is running short.
2 - drive down to UW University District and hit the UW bookstore or that fanstore just around the corner and just buy something and drive back across the border. I don't mind driving for the day. It will only take 2 hours or so each way so it's no big deal.
Just wanted to ask those here if they have any good advice on where to buy or find good items like this, preferably somewhere closer to the border if possible. I know that BellisFair has some sporting goods store that may carry items like this but i'm not entirely sure.
