Too bad it was only for the 5005. My 1000-series model had the same overheating/shutdown problem. I would have to prop up the back with a book while using it or it would overheat on any table/flat surface. That was my second and last Toshiba.

BTW,

There is a freeware program called Rain that will cool down your system. Worked for me.
