Attention tonights mod....

I'm not a mod, but my suggestion would be for you to eat a couple of those 1000+ calorie Swanson breakfasts each day.

Eat more.
Easy math: to gain wait, energy intake > energy expenditure.

thats just it, everyone at work cant believe that i eat SO much.
I am just finishing a large pizza.
Another math
The more i eat= the more i poop

"According to the USDA, Americans are consuming 150 more calories a day than they were 20 years ago. These extra calories are no small problem - over the course of a year, they can result in gaining 15 pounds. To cut them from your diet, Fitness magazine diet and nutrition editor Leah McLaughlin suggests paying more attention to serving size. 'Lots of people are hung up on not eating fat or protein,' she says. 'But at the end of the day, Americans are just eating too many calories.' We are so used to being served thick, juicy burgers with piles of fries, giant salads loaded with dressing and towering desserts that most of us have no idea what the USDA even considers a reasonable serving."

🙂

Short answer: Beer
Long answer: Weight training plus high caloric intake

I prefer the short answer 😀

Maybe you need to eat better food. Like food that has more protein than fat (not pizza), and unrefined carbs.
