i think he should be permanently unbanned and given custom title "ass joker"

post some stuff before you get banned again.

and nothing obscene else you get banned even faster.

Do you honestly expect them to take you seriously when you flaunt the rules? Be respectful, follow the rules (ie, no new accounts, e-mail them for help) and they *might* listen. Of course, after the way you've behaved....
