The greatest Arcade Game in History now has a new page.

Cyberball Home Page

Now that Cyberball is out on mame and network compatable, anyone who owns a copy of the original game can play each other online!

Not to mention the group gatherings where in different parts of the country tournments are set up with the original Arcade Boxes!

Now the guy who is building the page is extremely dedicated and is working fast to get it up online.

There is even talk of a NEW version of Cyberball in the works if its gets enough support.

But for those of you too young to know what cyberball is, how sad for you 🙂

EDIT: His new Intro can be found at his old Webpage

Wow. This is the first arcade game I ever played "religiously."

My friend bought the Sega Genesis version of this game many years ago, and we played it more than a few times. But I'd forgotten about this game. I have the newest MAME already, so I need to remember to get the game when I get home.

Ah, the memories...

that was a very cool game. I seem to remember it came out shortly before the time the industry was taken over by fighting/karate games. IMHO it was the end of a golden era of video games, when game design was more valued than revenue generation.

Agreed. It was all downhill after the original Street Fighter 2.

<< hehe, at one point i was running cyberball tournaments on weekly basis. >>

LOL You and me both 😀

I used to play for hours. The guy who is developing the web page has already gone a few rounds with me in online network games....he lost 😀

If you guys are interested, cheak out the site and PM me for more info.

<< Crap!

mame.dk just went down. Now I'm going to have to find my "resources" elsewhere. 🙁 🙁
