Have you ever gotten above 150 kb/s? Now days I am lucky to get over 30 kb/s. 🙁 This is really pissing me off!
 
Internet tends to be fine, newsgroups or highspeed downloads tend to top a little below 150k.... If you aren't hiting those speeds, then something is wrong....
 
I am FAR from getting 150 kb/s. Everyone that lives near me is also getting slow speeds. I think ATT needs to upgrade our damn neighborhood! I pay $50/month for crappy speeds :|
 
I constantly run up against the 1.5Mbit/sec(~185KBytes/sec) cap. I used to get slightly over 300KBytes/sec up until AT&T implemented the cap.:|
