attatch AX-7 H-Sink and Stealth 80mm?

How do you attatch a AX-7 H-Sink with an 80mm Stealth Fan? The H-sink came with screws and circular rubber pieces. Do I need an adapter, or fan clips?

Doesnt it suck that the ax-7 doesnt come with instructions? bah

You attach the fan by pushing the screws through the mount holes of the fan, then threading the rubber grommets through to each of the fans corners. Positition the screws over the 4 corners of the heatsink and screw the fan in (the rubber is there to minimize vibration from the fan).
 
theres not normal holes for the screws like other heatsinks, which confused me at first, but it works just as well cause the fan stays snug.
