Attachments when downloaded named attachment.php

Hello,
This is driving me CRAZY!!! I am trying to d/l a .M4v video file for my Ipod. But when I select the attachment to save, all attachments when downloaded are named attachment.php !!! Any experience w/ this? I think it has to do with Internet Expl...any fix ideas??
