Attachments in Outlook Express

I know it's unsafe to open most e-mail attachments but from time to time I get them from on-line vendors I deal with. When I try to open one I get the message, OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail. I've looked in the tools setion of OE but can't find the answer. Could anyone explain to me how to turn this feature off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
