If you go here, you get that blank form. Is there a way to modify the URL so it wil automatically add my number into the "To" section?

hrmm... maybe if you direct your people to a page you have set up w/ an invisible top frame that sets the value of that object after a second or two has gone by (with JavaScript)... but then again w/ javascript since it's not on the same domain you might not have access to change that stuff from a different domain... it's a little fuzzy, worth a try I guess
