ATs Envy 14 review? Soon? When?

So when is AT going to get around to giving us that Envy 14 review? I am not the only one who is waiting for this review... It has been over a month!

I feel bad for the guy who let them use his laptop for the review, assuming they have been holding onto it all this time...

Anyway, here is hoping for the review (and soon!)

At the end of the day, the price is right on the Envy 17 and you get what you pay for. I'm not a big fan of the keyboard layout and touchpad, but neither of these are deal-breakers, and in exchange you do get a fairly fast multimedia machine. Battery life sucks, but that pretty much comes with the territory when you're dealing with notebooks like these. I'm not as completely blown away by the Envy 17 as some of our readers appear to be, but it's definitely a fine notebook and if the stealth fighter-inspired ASUS G73 doesn't do anything for you, it's worth taking a look at. Of course, the smaller Envy 14 is arguably the more interesting option, and Vivek will be looking at that in the near future, so stay tuned....

Thanks for providing Vivek's email. From my perspective, how am I to know that Jarred Walton is the senior editor for Laptops? When I clicked on the 'about us' linked on the main page for AT, I get "More information coming soon!"

It did not always used to be this way, but it has been probably over two years since I checked that information out.

Unless I am totally missing something here (perhaps a link to the full review?) that is the most pathetic review I have ever seen. I'd rather take an Amazon review over that. Again, maybe I didn't see the link to a review or something. But the 1/2 page commentary is about the biggest letdown I have ever seen at AT.

Apparently it is too late in the game to do a full review of it.
The product is probably reaching the end of its marketable life, and partially unavailable.

Can C-50 beat Atom as an overall platform, or are you better off going the E-350 route? We’ll find out soon enough.
