ATOT, you decide, is this picture photoshopped?

Saw that earlier today. Obviously fake.

Just like adding extra smoke to Beirut, there really was no reason to do that.
 
That thing took forever to load I forgot why I was looking at that page. I looked at that pic and immediately thought that looks odd then I remembered it was about a photochopped pic. So yes, I would say its fake.
 
i think it's real. the tones and shadows are all in the same range, the angle of light is consistent throughout each detail as far as i can see, the histogram has no drastic deviations, the levels have a proper incline/decline....the guy in the foreground does look a bit odd, and it's not terribly hard to photochop just that area and not leave any tell-tell signs, but i think the rest is legit

They where not asking if the whole photo was altered, just the black dude in the lower right, and he is most definately added in.
