Not to shit on this thread, but I have read some behind-the-scenes articles that say most inmates barely touch their last meal, as they are so nervous about death the following day.


Some people don't eat for a couple days because their girlfriend left them, or their parents are sick, let alone they know they are about the be put down.....


My answer to the thread, pretending I would eat it: Real pulled pork, medium-rare prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, and a Dr. Pepper.

In the United States, most states give the meal a day or two before execution, and use the euphemism "special meal". Alcohol or tobacco is usually denied.

That answers that, I guess.

I think they try to refrain giving any substance to the prisoners that could interact with the cocktail of drugs they are given to kill them.


Although if it was Utah (Where some people can still choose firing-squad), I would say they should be able to order a drink of their choice.
