I'd never heard the word before. I sounds more like something you'd say about a prepubescent male who's very responsible and mature.
 
Standard ATOT definition is anyone who makes < $100k/year, which is aprox 10% of ATOT.

The 10% of poor ATOTers define it by anyone shorter than them.
 
I would say anyone under six foot. Even you 5' 11"ers are manlets. Deal with it dot jay peg and all that other /b/ trash talk
