Interesting application of a discrimination claim, though.

I think that's the gist of it. Essentially coworkers found her to be too distractingly and provocatively hot to not make sexual comments, so upper management let her go. If that's that case, then she probably shouldn't have been fired. I'm wondering if she led anyone on by deliberately dressing in tight clothing and unnecessarily bending down, etc. Her coworkers would still be responsible for controlling themselves, of course. But damn, even highly self-disciplined celibate monks would have trouble not looking, at least.

Even if she's not supermodel hot, she's very attractive. Probably more so in person. It's hard to say what happened exactly without having more details.

In the yes or no sense, it is yea or nay.
 
At what point did looks become a protected class? If she was fired because of her gender or some other reason that is a no-no from a protected class standpoint, she has a case. Otherwise, they can fire her for whatever reason they want.
 
When you sit in a bank all day with 10 other guys, and some babe works and dresses like that, hell yea you'd stare.
