sigh, ATOT suffers from a common misconception. That is, the idea that there are more than 2 Arachnid varieties. So let me clear it up for you:

Arachnid Victus--a common variety noted for their movement and conniving strategical intent to kill all living things
Arachnid Mortuus---a more rare variety usually curled into a ball or flattened into a plane of disjointed existence
