paypal would be in favor of the other person because the goods are intangible if i tried to claim my money back.

What do you all find so wrong about his request? He probably doesnt have any way of getting money into a poker account, be it a CC that doesnt allow gambling transactions, or lack of funds in a bank account. he is willing to paypal funds in exchange for the same amount of poker dollars, I dont see the issue here??

I would help you out but I just spent the last of my money in P*'s tonight, and dont have any extra cash in my gambling account at the moment.
