Seat was fine.

How do you know? Running your finger along it might not show a warp from a poor installation. There is a kit out there for a glue on seat. Adding weights to a flapper is no good because once it goes up the weights can very likely keep the flapper from coming down or at the very least it will mean having to hold the handle through the entire flush.

BUMP! Again.

Seat was fine. Got another cheap Home Depot flapper. It lasted for a little while but still wasnt great.
I am still needing a recommendation on high quality flappers. If you guys dont help me I'm just gonna go to Amazon and buy every flapper they have until I get a good one. Looks like a Toto flapper wont work unless I have a Toto toilet. So I'll skip that one.

dude I thought you were challenged already. WHY NOT BUY A KIT?
