Rude people in (grocery) stores. It pretty much goes without saying that at least once, someone will come out of an aisle into a main pathway without looking to see if anyone is coming. In this case, I'm the one that's approaching, and I have to suddenly stop to avoid running into your rude ass. :| The worst part is that they give me that "what the fuck are you doing in my way" glance, and the complete lack of an "excuse me." What a bunch of uncouth ruffians!

Kind of along the same line, at this one grocery store, I've almost had a few car accidents (none of which were due to something that I did). What makes it interesting is that it's the same thing every time, which also happens to be the same problem that I mentioned above. People come in an entrance, they get to the stop sign at the end, and instead of actually looking both ways, they just fucking go. Sometimes I don't even get a rolling stop out of them... they just drive right past the stop sign. Hell, I use a rolling stop quite often, but I'm not fucking stupid enough to ignore my duty of checking for existing traffic.

Thinking about it... people down here just have downright awful grocery store manners. Things like setting your jumbo "double wide" cart ("Look, ma! It's just like our home!") on one side of the aisle and standing on the other side while you peruse some sort of store brand canned shit.

Lol. How do you end up in Alabama?

1. I hate hearing anyone talk on the phone...I have to get up and leave the vicinity.
2. People that don't know how to merge onto an interstate and stop at the end.
3. Women on FB with a baby/newborn(he/she moved an inch today let me take another effing picture)
4. People that wont blow their noses but insist on sucking snot incessantly.
5. Nasty people who can't seem to bother themselves with flushing the toilet in public restrooms after taking a dump.
6. People that always want to chat/argue about nothing.
7. Entitled people
8. USB ports...there's only 2 choices and I'm always wrong until the third try.

Gun threads. I don't care that you want to buy a gun. I don't care that you bought one. I don't care if you want to ban guns. I don't care if your daughter drew a pic of a gun. I just patently, utterly do not care one way, the other way, or even that way about guns sufficiently to see why gun threads are so prevalent. Every gun thread could have been a naked chick thread. What a waste of threads.

When you finally realize how silly you are, you may laugh.

Or probably not.

No, he has a point. Gun threads are the outgrowth of a sexualization of guns, wherein men post pictures hoping that other men will drool over their six-inch barrels and express their wish to oil them up and rack the slide.
It's seriously weird.

I have a reloading room and enough guns to fill two upright safes, but you won't find me posting about them. You know why? Because I'm heterosexual.
A gun is just a tool. Its only purpose is to put a bullet on target. It's not a sex toy.

MLP:FiM just looks weird to those who are behind the curve.
Parents in the 60's thought their teenaged children were weird for liking The Beatles. In the 80's they'd call you a satanist for listening to Metallica. In the 90's and 00's it was rap.
The old guard has problems integrating new things. That's not news.

This doesn't fit with the fetishization of guns. Guns are not exactly a new thing. Man-children aren't getting a hard-on over guns for some new reason that's simply "not understood." Their egos are just weak and they need a stand-in to replace the penises which have failed them.
