ATOT Pet Peeve: after writing a message, you can't hit tab once and press spacebar to submit... the tab order is screwy

Anybody agree with me? I would like it so that after I finish typing a message I can hit tab once, get focus on the "Post Message" button, press the spacebar and be done with it.

But hitting tab takes you up to the top of the screen or something so that can't be done. I sometimes hold tab for like three seconds until it goes through the entire assortment of links and eventually rests on post message but that's not as convenient.

Anybody else notice this or bothered by it? Could we appeal to the powers that be and get it modified?

Yep, big pet peeve. Almost every other message board allows you to do this.

yeah i use quickreply but i often quote people too and that doesn't let me quick reply

also, posting of links and whatnot necessitates using the reply button and not quick reply...
