It was supposed to rain all day near me, so I drove halfway across NY to another area; forecast is rain after 5pm. It's pouring.

It's going to be crazy in the midwest today. Tornado about 15 miles southwest of me right now moving this way. Nice knowing everyone.

It's been really warm and rainy lately.

Pretty much all the snow is gone.

Never got around to raking so figured I'd do it next year in spring. :p

The bummer is I could have not bothered to shovel when it snowed about a week ago. Did all that for nothing!

That was pretty crazy today. Just moved from Los Angeles to Indiana, just north of Louisville KY a couple weeks ago. Tornado sirens going off earlier. Definitely a new experience lol.

It snowed last week in Chicago, and this week it was like 50+. Today there was tornadoes and heavy rain storms and then it was sunny.

I live about 25 minutes from Washington, IL. There were 100's of homes completely destroyed there. It looks like a nuclear bomb went off. Nothing left but foundations and slabs. My wife and I have lots of coworkers and friends that have no homes left.

:(

It's absolutely pouring rain and the wind is howling right now. Crazy warm outside too, 15c. I can't even see across the street. Fortunately, it's made the hoons go home. Can't go racing up the back revving their rice-mobiles in this weather.

Yeah it's bad. The pictures coming in from Facebook feeds from friends are horrible. It's just subdivisions of rubble.

Freaking nasty out there, so much rain, but I can't complain when people are losing their houses in bigger storms... That really sucks. :( I can't imagine what I'd do in this situation. Pretty much have to start your life all over.

And what is that water tower built with, 1 foot thick Titanium? Can't believe that's still standing, considering the rest of the damage.

Where do you even start in a situation like this? Bulldoze the entire city and remark all the roads via GPS/records and start digging new foundations/houses? This is just insane. My prayers go out to all those affected.
