I have a hard enough time falling asleep without adding variables to the mix lol. Honestly not sure how much it really affects me but I'm sure it doesn't help. Didn't end up having any and instead went to bed early but took me a few hours to fall asleep anyway. I did have like 2 pepsis yesterday though. That's more pop than I normally drink in a day. Actually I'm kinda proud of myself for that. I used to drink a lot and greatly cut down over the years.
