When I was a kid in 1979, my parents took us on a road trip to Canada. We went over the Ambassador Bridge to London, Hamilton, Kitchener, Toronto, Ottawa, Pembroke, Sudbury (yay nickel mines!), and finally Sault Ste. Marie. Back over the Mackinac bridge and back home.

That's how bigboxes came to love Hawaiian pizza!

Also that is a long road trip.

I was looking at EVs and now I keep seeing ads for sports cars. It's like the algorithm is saying "well if you're going to go into debt for a car, how about a Lamborghi?"

Need to join the 3 coma club for that, those are the doors of a billionaire.

Did a 7 minute bake experiment last week. Genoa salami and black olives.

This week, I went traditional (American) and made a pepperoni and cheese. Hand-sliced pepperoni, (my own) tomato sauce (made fresh Thursday night), fresh grated Parmesan, fresh shredded low moisture whole milk mozzarella and provolone. Topped with crushed red pepper. 72-hour cold fermentation. Fold out some of the bubbles yesterday. Reballed. Pizza today. 8-minute bake (high broil final 2 minutes). BAM!

Just found a 2020 Tesla model Y for only 29k. It's all the way in Toronto though lol. Been starting to look at vehicles and a truck would be more ideal for me but I'm kinda open to anything I find if the price is right. This one is at a dealer so I wonder if they could arrange delivery. That's still more money than I want to spend though, but the idea of owning an EV for that cheap seems fun.

Going to keep looking though as I really want a truck or SUV at least for the better ground clearance and ability to haul cargo like lumber etc.

Ideally I just want to try to get my truck to tough at least another year, but still looking in case something good comes up.
