I've laughed about that too. I've used the phrase myself when selling things locally or online though, tbf. If people ask, "what's your bottom price?" (I hate this idiotic question, btw), I tell them, "I priced it to sell fast with no room for negotiation. Price is firm."

I usually try to do exactly that. Some folks always feel the need to attempt to haggle lower though, and think everything is negotiable.

I do. I can't make people read (or retain/comprehend) though. People are stupid, especially in the area I live in. I also state that they have to pick it up at my location, and they'll still ask me to meet them somewhere.
