It's oddly satisfying when there's blue flames and you can see secondary combustion happening. The camera doesn't pickup the blue that much compared to what can be seen IRL though. This was last night and the stove is still a little warm right now.

Had pan seared scallops for lunch at this sorta uppity cafe I like. But I hadn't been there in many years.

They were quite yummy. And for me, with my GLP1 suppressed appetite, it was just right. Only 60 bucks with tip.
