You ever run into any nightwalkers?

Not yet but when I camped overnight there it was eerie how dark it was, and the realization of just how isolated I was. Feels like anything can pop out of nowhere lol. When you camp at a provincial park there's lot of other people around, including staff who also camp overnight there, but where I am you're pretty much alone. If it was not for the logging activities that were happening that night it would have been crazy quiet and I could probably hear a frog jump in the water a mile away.

Do you have a firearm?

My cat just took a massive dump and it smells like burnt rubber. omg lol. He has feline coronavirus (not same as covid) and it affects his digestion. I need to do a followup with my vet on that.

Getting progress on my land. Lined up the crew to clear it in next few weeks, and lined up a couple loads of gravel for the road to show up on the 2nd day so they can lay it directly on the road and they can spread it with the excavator. By the end of this month I will have an area cleared with a nice gravel road going in.

One thing I've realized as I get older though is I really can't tolerate the heat. So I think for next summer I will take all my vacation later in the summer or even into fall. That is going to be the best time to build. Been doing stuff around the house and went to the property a few times so far this year but with this heat I can't imagine trying to do any significant work there. And we're not even in peak summer yet.

LoL just saw someone in my neighbourhood hand truck 2' x 2' paving stones from the curb of someone to his house. I guess his F150 Lightening is not for carrying heavy ass stuff.
