Made my own tomato sauce for the first time. It elevated the pizza to a higher level, for sure!

Hand-sliced pepperoni, Italian sausage, green pepper and baby bella mushrooms, tomato sauce (see above) dusted with garlic powder and oregano. Low moisture whole milk mozzarella and provolone.

Facebook can be a useful tool depending on what you "follow." I get feeds from a variety of science news sites.

Anyway, I came across a reference to an article of NJ.com which contained winter forecasts from a half dozen sources, some proprietary.

They basically agreed that NJ was probably going to have a slightly wetter than usual winter but the amount of snow could be more or less than usual due to the current El Ninyo. Last winter there was virtually none around here.

I went to buy 128 GB SD cards yesterday. The 200 Mbps version costs $25. The 300 Mbps version costs $169. The packaging is almost identical. The store had them mixed up together on the rack. I chose wisely.
