I am tired. Worked until 7:30 today. Got home around 9 after stopping and eating some wings and fries. Started making a new batch of pizza dough. Divided into four crusts. Brushed with olive oil and covered on aluminum baking trays to proof. Then, I made brownies. Finally, I browned some ground Italian sausage for pizza. Now, after doing dishes and cooling and bagging the brownies, I am now ready to ball and bag the dough. I'm tired and it's after midnight. TGIF

Got to get up early tomorrow to take out a couple of crusts to give them time to warm and rise further. Then, I'm going to change my car's oil. I'm having a friend stop by around noon for pizza and company.
