Getting 2 cats was a very wise choice. For older cats that are used to just people, I think they can be quite happy. But younger cats need to play and you can never play with them like you're another cat.

The kitties here are such cats. They need to establish a hierarchy, be deferential when necessary, even if grudgingly, etc. It's sort of amusing to watch but for not being social animals they are very adept at pretending.

I watch more cable news than I'll ever admit to so take this for what it's worth.

I keep seeing cobalt blue clothing, especially neck ties, everywhere. It also happens to be my fave color so either it's some sort of twisted confirmation bias or I'm the only here who's actually real - you know, like a brain in a vat. Very unappetizing.
