Timmins budget 35.6M. Of which 18M goes to the police. I think if you scrap the police and just give out the money to the needy you will get better results.
Turned 60 today. Had a back spasm getting up from the couch after watching a movie last night. Can't hardly walk today. Age checks out I guess.

Login issues resolved. Corporate-wide, we use lower case usernames. The database developer created all usernames as upper case. Usernames in the database are case sensitive so the developer had to rename all users. Once in, it's not a bad interface.The new database is live! At least I think it is. The login process is broken so no one can get to it.
