I test drove one last year. Its nice.Saw a Tesla today, first time I actually see one in person. It was in traffic so did not really get a good look at it but it was cool to see one "in the wild".
Sucks. I would not mind one, but can't really justify the cost. Over 60 grand out the door, if more. And if you need service you're kinda on your own, I don't think most mechanic shops will touch it. I am saving up for off grid property. Eventually I'll build a big ass garage there, then I'll have all sorts of room for project cars and eventually do an EV conversion. Maybe buy a used car as my daily, then use my truck to do a conversion. Or maybe get another used truck as I'd feel kinda bad dismantling the engine of my current truck when the engine is fine.
Where are you seeing Tesla for 60 in Canada?

Well I'm just saying, they're around 30k US, so do the exchange rate, then taxes, then customs, then delivery fee, then any other fees involved when buying a car, and it's probably going to be pretty close to 60. But even 30 I have trouble justifying. Heck even 14k for my truck I have buyer's remorse. At the rate I'm paying that credit line down it's going to be at least 5-10 years and the truck will probably be too rusted by then. Vehicles just don't last, it's hard to justify putting lot of money into buying one.
lol they are not 30k us
Saturday and Sunday we got a constant drizzle. Good for the grass, bad for weekend adventures.Rain coming down hard. We can definitely use it, been a very hot and dry (rain wise) summer, I'm surprised we did not get more forest fires.
