Yeah, I have the Mk2 now. Got it in 2017 to replace the first generation. I know there is an Mk3, but it was considerably more expensive than the Mk2. The Mk2 has a few improvements over the first generation: beefier amplifier, better built and tougher speaker grill.

Still feeling congested today but it's slowly getting better. Now it's more in the back of the nose/throat area, it's just, stuck there. Maybe coffee will help.

I start a set of 3 12h shifts tomorrow though so hope it won't make it sprout back. Early mornings tend to be a killer.

If I can be back to 100% by the end of that it will be great so I can start catching up on house projects. Already fallen behind enough. I didn't even start my deck yet and summer is 1/3 done.

Lol Wonderland on Canada day sounds like a bad idea. All the times I've gone I always try to pick some oddball day in the week.

Next time I go I'm paying for the VIP pass. Then again I'm starting to get too old for rides, the 2 hour wait time gives my body time to recoop from the last ride. lmao.

Would be cool if it was open in winter actually. Would probably be less crowded, and winter down south is not really that bad.

I just went with an ancient Skylake core and 200-series chipset thanks to Windows 7 limitations. I could have got a 9th generation Core i3 for the same price. Concessions were made. The primo motherboard was only $90 after rebate - I'd never spend $280 on one.

I had my doubts about the HSF, but decided to give it a shot. I was trying not to spend too much - I'm just glad to have a computer again after lightning took out my last one. Core temp hovers between 37-43C so I'm content. See the digital readout on the motherboard on the right here, in degrees Celsius (36).
