If this mornings movement was any indication i need a LOT more fruits and vegetables in my diet.

Fast food and canned stew is clearly not good for my colon.
 
just had an amazing interview. it's for a marketing position but i might have talked a little too much about trademark licensing.

we shall see how it goes. i did send a thank you email (as usual).
 
One more 12h shift then off for 2 days. Actually looking forward to my upcoming set of night shifts so I can sleep in. I then get a nice stretch of time off after that. If I get a day of no rain I want to finish the solar panels.
