Well this sucks. My Mozilla Thunderbird just outright quit working on me today, no warning. When I try to open it, it just locks up and I can't do anything and have to do a killall. I let it sit for an hour to see if it would come back, nope. I've been wanting to find a good web based client so I can set it up, but not exactly something I was planing to do so suddenly. The new versions of Thunderbird make it impossible to setup email if you don't use a conventional email server ex: where it's pop.domain.com and smtp.domain.com where domain.com is the part after the @ on your email address. If you don't import an existing profile it has that stupid wizard that it forces you to go through and won't let you go further if the server can't be reached at those settings. So I've been using the same profile since like the early 2000's. Some update must have finally broke it.

Justin Trudeau is in my city right now. Kinda cool. I mean, I don't care enough to actually have gone to see him, but still cool to know he's here. Not often a political leader comes to visit us.
