What is it used for (or claimed)?
"It is believed to be associated with activity of a key neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, and with the production of GABA and glycine, two other important neurotransmitters."

Only two brands are selling it on Amazon as a standalone supplement. Seems like if there were any demand, more makers would make it.

Turns out I have supplement with L-arginine L-pyroglutamate - maybe that's practically the same as l-pyroglutamic acid? It's the arginine salt of pyroglutamate.

Crazy how I get tired early now. I mean, it's a good thing I guess, but just crazy how fast I seem to have changed my body's clock. I don't know if it's the drugs or what. I just hope I'll be able to survive the next time I have to work night shift lol.

im usually tired by 10 and in bed by that time also during the school week
