Finally cleared the driveway. That's some nasty snow. It's the really wet heavy stuff. Yuck. The plow didn't go by yet, not looking forward to that. This type of snow usually ends up turning into ice.

If you're on mirtazapine/Remeron, you can amplify the drug's effect, and really boost your brain's neurotransmitters if you pre-load with various nutrients like B vitamins, magnesium, acetyl-L-tyrosine, and a handful of raw spinach.

Let me just add - tryptophan amplifies the effects of Remeron/mirtazapine as well.

Also, if you're on orphenadrine/Norflex muscle relaxer, and you pop some tryptophan, you will get extra sleepy.

I'm developing a basic rule when tweaking the brain's neurotransmitters - just add tryptophan.
