The good news is We bought a close out Sony 5.1 surround amp from Worst Buy for $150 ! $100 off. The speakers from our last amp were already spaced out on the shelf , wires run to the center , so I had it ready for a test run in under an hour.

The bad news is that , before we left for the store ... comcast went on the blink ... AGAIN ! Oh , we still have channels , just not the ones we are paying for ! I was looking forward to watching the start of a Game of Thrones episode without the base rumble/rattle that the cheap TV speakers on our cheap TV were giving us. The comcast problem will clear itself up within a day ... it usually does.
