Another bad fire going, homes have been lost. Wind of course feeding it, not quite heading in my direction, but you always have some concern.

nef.

Super tired for some reason. Going to be a hard turn around, only 2 days off before I start day shifts, and I need to go for a seminar on six sigma on my 2nd day off. Probably easier to not go to bed after my shift and just go to bed early. Quickest way to turn around to day shift mode.

I went to the Goodwill near my place and found a decent office chair for $5 and a Linksys AC1900 EA6900 router for $7. Almost every device I own supports Wireless AC so this will be a bump up in speed and reliability. I turned it on and set it up for security but the wife won't get off Netflix on our existing router so I can swap it out.

Gingerly unplug the router and utter oops.

Woah that sucks. Kinda surreal to see, but a little close to comfort there!

Reminds me of the Timmins 9 fire, probably one of the largest in my region so far. It was heading straight for our city at one point and it was super eerie.
