Windscribe. Easy to use GUI. You can try it out for free. They give you 10GB of bandwidth/mo. for free. The pro version gives you more servers and unlimited bandwidth. My speeds are pretty much the same as before. They had a deal for $12 for a year. That's basically the price of lunch. Done. They're supposed to release an Android client in January. Can't wait to try it.
