Mmm chocolate.

Made a chocolate cake the other day for fun, it was an epic fail structurally (I suck at anything having to do with cooking) but it tasted awesome. The pan was practically a write off after though, I had to use knives and stuff to try to free the most of it which you're not suppose to do on non stick and scratched the hell out of them. Next time I will try to line it with parchment paper or something.

You need to rub shortening on the inside of the cake pan and then coat with flour to avoid sticking.
