Actually, I recall getting extremely high marks with a fresh caught halibut I cooked for a friend and his girlfriend...that was cooked with some butter and capers.

Yet I cant afford food for myself, so I have no experience or practice...though I do know a thing or two about fire. And how not to get caught.
