I did actually try tightening the thing by hand, but somebody broke off all the grippy knobs when they installed it making for lots of sharp edges. I'm actually sitting about 5 feet from my tool box and I know the adjustable pliers are sitting right on top.

Just too lazy to fix it? haha. I'd check it before the hardware store closes in case you need extra parts.

Which reminds me I still need to look at getting my main valve changed, that requires getting the city to shut the water off at the yard valve. I did a temp fix on the valve a few years ago because the drain hole was leaking. I was able to shove a small piece of rubber in it and it held since. One issue with that valve though is it does not close all the way. Sucks if you're trying to solder pipe. :p

It's one of those particle board cabinets, looks like new. I figure it needs a good swollen and peeling lump in the middle like everybody else sink. I actually have all the spare parts I need to replace everything...but yeah, right now I'm being a lazy bastard.
