DS3 still down, a whole town is actually isolated, and lot of other services in that region are down... this is going to be such a shit storm on Monday. I did everything I could though. Sometimes I really think there should be an on call system where at least one person HAS to be available. It's ridiculous trying to find techs sometimes especially on weekends.
