I heard some unofficial news that we might be getting a raise. Though we might lose other stuff so it might be a wash. Basically my company got bought out and we'll be brought into their union agreement. Go from 32/hour to 38/hour. Though they get rid of Sunday differentials and stuff. Though whatever happens I'll be happy as long as I keep my job.
