So in Dead Space, your girlfriend or whatever is dead...but somehow manipulates controls and such that you cant access. I suppose I can buy the whole telepathy thing, but then the entire time you are helping the the aliens they are trying to kill you? Then the government that builds the creepy statue thing, for no apparent reason, forgets where they put it? They require an illegal mining operation to go find it...and then hope that they contact said government with the location? But wait, they know which star system the thing is in but now lost the planet? Sent fully equipped and informed on a destroy mission, then decide to pickup random space alien and proceed to get pwnd by it? But wait a minute, who sent the first "rescue mission"?
